Terms & Conditions

1. Nosttaalgia Homes Teakwood & Rosewood products are guaranteed for its resistance against all kinds of insect attack only. While all products are treated to be Termite and Borer Resistant, in the unlikely event of any insect infestation being discovered in the product, the customer is entitled to replacement based on the fulfilment of all terms and conditions listed herewith.

2. Nosttaalgia Homes Teakwood & Rosewood products are guaranteed for their structural strength. While all products are structurally sound and very durable, in the unlikely event of any issues with the structural strength being discovered in the product anytime, the customer is entitled to replacement based on the fulfilment of all terms and conditions listed herewith.

3. Nosttaalgia Homes other wood products ( woods other than teakwood & rosewood ) do not come under this Guarantee Program. While all products are treated to be Termite and Borer Resistant, for other wood products, if any insect infestation is found, it would be treated with chemical injections but no replacement is available for those. While all products are structurally sound and very durable, in the unlikely event of any issues with the structural strength being discovered in the other wood products anytime, the company will replace the product if its under the warranty period & if it is not being able to be repaired. Post the warranty period, the product can only be repaired at a service cost.

4. To lodge a complaint and claim under this Guarantee Program, the customer will have to produce Invoice issued by the Company.

5. The customer needs to lodge a complaint immediately at Nosttaalgia customer care as soon as the issue is evident.

6. The company reserves the right to carry out inspection of the product & premises from where the claim for the defective material has been issued.

7. The company will try to rectify the product first by addressing the structural issue or by replacing the portion infested by insects, if possible.

8. After satisfactory proof that Nosttaalgia product has been subject to insect infestation and the portion infested cannot be replaced or structural damage which cannot be rectified, the company shall replace the furniture but no refund will be provided.

9. The Guarantee is not applicable to polishing & upholstery damage and is only confined to insect attack & issues with the wooden structure.

10. The Guarantee will not be applicable if the damage has happened due to transportation or shifting.

11. The guarantee will not be applicable arising out of damage from causes such as floods, fire, earthquake & any other natural calamity.

12. The guarantee will not be applicable if the damage has happened due to improper handling, kept near a moisture laden wall or floor, kept outdoors or has been kept on 'kuccha' flooring.

13. The guarantee will not be applicable if it is found that necessary infest treatment was not done prior to using Nosttaalgia products on the site.

14. All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.

15. Lifetime means as long as the product is in use.
